How does it work?
You chat with an AI assistant, review drafts (copy and media), then approve before publishing. Start with Getting started or the overview in Common questions.
Do I keep control over what gets published?
Yes. In Assistant mode, every draft stays under your control: you edit, approve, then publish or schedule. Nothing goes live without your say-so. Autopilot is optional when you want hands-off publishing later.
Can I prepare posts without publishing automatically?
Absolutely. Use auto-social as a drafting copilote: generate copy and media, refine the post, and keep it as a draft or schedule it yourself. Automatic publishing is opt-in via Autopilot.
What is the difference between Assistant and Autopilot?
Assistant mode prepares drafts for your review. Autopilot connects your networks, generates on a cadence you set, and publishes automatically. Start with approval, switch to Autopilot when you are ready.
How do credits work?
Credits pay for AI generation (text, images, video). A LinkedIn text post typically uses about 5-25 credits; an Instagram post with one AI image typically uses about 80-120 credits. Every plan includes the same features. Only the monthly credit volume changes.

How much does it cost? What are the plans?
Flexible pricing: same features on every plan, only credits change. Free is $0 with 1,000 credits. Paid plans: Silver $19.99 / 20,000 credits, Gold $29.99 / 32,500, Platinum $49.99 / 55,000, Extreme $99.99 / 125,000 (per month). Unlimited social accounts on every plan.

Do higher plans unlock more features?
No. Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Extreme unlock more monthly credits and better cost per credit, not gated tools. Every plan includes unlimited social accounts and the same core workflows. Free simply has a smaller credit pool.
Which social media platforms are supported?
We support LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. You can also prepare blog articles with a cover. Copy and posts can be prepared in 90+ languages. Spoken voiceovers cover 32 languages.

Can I connect a personal Instagram account?

Do I need to choose AI models myself?
No. The auto-social.io AI assistant picks the best model for your request. You describe the outcome (draft vs polished, with or without voiceover). auto-social.io uses the latest AI models available and keeps them current. See Choosing models.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store your social media passwords and use secure sign-in (OAuth) for integrations.
